Shipping & Returns

Returns:

Merchandise bought at full price may be returned within seven days for a full refund, or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange.  All sale items are a final sale.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt.

Shipping:

We ship to any state in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, via U.P.S. Ground.  We do not charge a flat fee, please call to determine shipping costs. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We have extended our return policy for phone orders to allow for the time it takes to ship.  We allow 21 days for a full refund and 28 days for a store credit or exchange.

No tax on shoes in Vermont!

In the state of Vermont, there is no tax on shoes or clothing.  Please keep in mind that there is a 7% sales tax on handbags and other accessories.

Fitting

Our staff is expertly trained in helping you find the right fit for your needs.  Each brand runs differently, so please take advantage our staff’s knowledge.  We carry brands that come in American and European sizes, so if you have any questions about fitting please feel free to chat with us.
